第四部分 寫作技能
本部分側重考查學生根據提示,以書面的形式進行信息溝通、再現生活經歷、描述周圍的事物、發表意見和觀點的能力。補全對話題、情境作文題立意要盡量與語言實際使用情形一致,體現“用英語做事情”的理念,要提供明確的寫作方向,不提倡無提示的自由寫作。給出的提示可以是開放性的,也可以是控制性與開放性相結合的。但是,每一題型采用一種提示為宜,易于學生審題、作答,方便教師評卷、分析。當前要著力加大開放性提示試題的比重,引導學生表達真情實感。

本部分著重考查學生的英語口頭表達能力和交際策略的運用,特別是在真實語境中溝通信息、描述事物與情感、發表意見和觀點的能力。口語測試應該以考查學生口頭表達的實際效果為主,兼顧流利性和準確性。各地應盡可能推行口語測試,確有困難的可暫緩實施,但要把對口語技能的考查有機地結合在聽力、知識運用、寫作等能力的考查之中。
