詞語辨析: worthwhile / worth / worthy
worth 作形容詞時,意為“值得……的;有……價值的”,只能作表語,其后一般接動詞-ing的主動形式來表達被動含義,或與表示價值方面的詞連用,常用well修飾。
worthy可作表語或定語,用作定語時,意思是“有價值的;值得尊敬的”;用作表語時,意思是“值得……的;應得到……的”其結構為be worthy of sth. / being done; be worthy to be done.
