　　“出淤泥而不染，濯清漣而不妖”，這就是荷花!她雖然橫生于水底的淤泥之中，卻能開出異常美麗的花。

　　盛夏時節(jié)，我和媽媽去了高淳。還沒到荷塘，一股清新的空氣就撲面而來。路頭一轉(zhuǎn)，滿池的荷葉綠油油的，爭先恐后地向我們傳遞著夏日的氣息。大的荷葉像一把撐開的傘，保護(hù)著傘下的花;小的荷葉像一把把扇子悠然自得的在風(fēng)中搖擺;連在一起的荷葉像碧綠的圓盤，鋪在水面上，托著晶瑩的水珠，任其在葉片上滾來滾去，自顧自的做著“不倒翁”的游戲。荷葉顏色可不一樣，近處的碧綠碧綠的，遠(yuǎn)一點(diǎn)的是墨綠的，中間還夾著一些帶有點(diǎn)嫩黃的新葉。微風(fēng)吹來，荷葉翻滾，就像荷葉的海洋，撲面而來的微風(fēng)里都夾雜著這荷葉、荷花的獨(dú)特的氣息。
