　　作為未成年人，我們應該很高興有這樣一個學習法律知識的機會。

　　首先，通過學習法，可以提高自己的法律意識和法制觀念，知道什么是合法的，什么是非法的，什么是犯罪，切實履行法律規定的義務，用法律約束自己的行為，法律禁止做的堅決不做，法規，并積極鼓勵做，法律要求，必須做它。

　　其次，學習法律能健康成長。有些同學一斤斤計較，因為一些小事和眼球甚至開始。事實上因為年齡小，淺，缺乏對錯的能力和容易壞的風格的影響，沖動，尤其是當他們的自尊心受到傷害或他們自己的利益與他人的利益沖突，容易失去理智，導致違法犯罪。因此，為了保護青少年的健康成長，預防和減少犯罪，需要積極的青少年法制教育，正確引導。

　　第三，學習法律保護自己的合法權益。學生享有生命和健康，法律，聲譽，個人自由的保護的權利，接受教育和繼承權，以法律來維護自己的權利

　　Nowadays, when people talk about the principle, they are no longer showing respect, because many cases about the kids getting harassed by the principles were being exposed. Since then, the word “principle” is the speaking for monsters. Teenagers being harassed has become a hot issue, people call on the government to take some action to protect the teenagers. In my opinion, protecting the children are both parents and the society’s duty. Parents should teach their children to have the consciousness of security, like never getting alone with the strangers or the principles, when the principles ask the children to go to their home, children should reject. The society should supervise the principles, though they are in high position, what they do should be open to the public. Children are immature, they need the society’s protection, the harassing behavior shouldbe heavily punished by the law.

　　現在，當人們談到校長的時候，他們不再帶著敬意，因為很多關于兒童受到侵害的案子得到了曝光。從此以后，“校長”這個詞成為了魔鬼的代名詞。青少年受到侵害事件已經成為了一個熱門話題，人們呼喚政府采取些措施來保護青少年。在我看來，保護孩子是家長和適合的共同責任。家長應該教會孩子有安全的意識，比如不要和陌生人活著校長單獨相處，當校長邀請學生去家里時候，孩子要拒絕。社會應該監督校長，雖然校長處于高職位，但是他們的所作所為應該對大眾公開。孩子還處在未成熟時候，他們需要社會的保護，侵犯行為應該受到法律的嚴厲制裁。

　　我國刑法第二十條對正當防衛的規定是：“為了使國家、公共利益、本人或者他人的人身、財產和其他權利免受正在進行的不法侵害，而采取的制止不法侵害的行為，對不法侵害人造成損害的，屬于正當防衛，不負刑事責任。

　　正當防衛明顯超過必要限度造成重大損害的，應當負刑事責任，但是應當減輕或者免除處罰。

　　對正在進行行兇、殺人、搶劫、強奸、綁架以及其他嚴重危及人身安全的暴力犯罪，采取防衛行為，造成不法侵害人傷亡的，不屬于防衛過當，不負刑事責任。”

　　If a person employs an act to stop an unlawful infringement for the purposes of avoiding the said infringement for the State's or the public interest or for his own or another person's right of the person, property right or any other right, thus causing harm to the unlawful infringer, the said act shall be regarded as a justifiable defense and the said person shall not bear criminal responsibility.

　　If a justifiable defense apparently exceeds the limits of necessity, thus causing a serious harm, the person involved shall bear criminal responsibility, but be given a mitigated punishment or be exempt from punishment.

　　If a person employs an act of defense to an immediate violent crime of committing physical assault, homicide, robbery, rape, kidnapping or any other crime seriously endangering the safety of another person, thus causing bodily injury or death to the unlawful infringer, the said act shall not be regarded as a defense that exceeds the limits of necessity, and the said person shall not bear criminal responsibility.
